FUKIYA EQUIPMENT

The equipment required to play is specialised and imported from Japan.  We do hold a basic stock of equipment in New Zealand. 

The below table sets out what a player will need to get started in Fukiya.  Prices quoted are subject to change, they are effected by the suppliers prices in Japan, shipping and exchange rates.  As at June 2018 they are as follows:

As mentioned, these prices are subject to change, so please check at time of order.  The prices include GST, postage and are the current landed costs of equipment in New Zealand (ex-Japan).

The above pack sets a player up with everything they need to get started and progress without the need to use any shared equipment.  I have suggested a 350g pipe, however young players, or those with any mobility issues may opt for a 260G pipe.

The pipe, bag, pull through, internal mouthpiece, quiver and Yanuki are generally one-time purchases.  The consumables are darts, bottle of alcohol (from chemist) and the external mouthpiece which is rarely changed.  Any piece of lint free clean cloth will do for the pull though replacement.
